More than half a century of love for railways.
We have been friends with the railway since the mid-fifties of the last century. What started as a childhood fascination with trains, tracks, and travel eventually grew into a life's calling.
Since 1998, we have been organizing trips for railway enthusiasts and tourists in groups, and upon special request, for individual travelers.
In the early years, we operated under the name Dragan Jovanović and realized numerous successful programs, journeys, and friendships that last to this day.
For us, there is no more beautiful way to travel than discovering new regions, getting to know their stories, and above all, their people by rail.
New challenges and years of experience led to us operating as a railway company under the name Balkan Romantik d.o.o. since 2013.
Our goal remains the same — to preserve the spirit of historical railways and bring the Balkans closer to travelers in a way that is measured not only in kilometers but in experiences.
